Allison V. Manswell, MBA is a corporate trainer, curriculum designer and life coach. She is the author of The Champion's Ride: Life Lessons for Teens from an SUV, a personal development program for teenagers and young adults. She is the President of Empowered Village Training Center, training and consulting company that specializes in proven learning systems that achieve sustainable results for students and client partners. Other published programs include v7.0 of YOU: Personal Reinvention System and Finding My Peace, Speaking My Peace, a spoken word journey of personal fulfillment.
Ms. Manswell has over 14 years of human resource management experience in the fields of training design and delivery and organizational development. She received her BA in Justice and Law Enforcement from the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg, MB. She earned her Masters degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Managerial leadership, from City University in Bellevue, WA. Early in her career she worked with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Phoenix, Maryland and online campuses. Allison has delivered numerous workshops and training seminars in corporate, government and educational settings.
